Man live streams his final moments before getting into a shootout with police.
Police said 47-year-old Patrick Hurst was pulled over during a traffic stop on FM-1960 near Ella Boulevard (HARRIS COUNTY, Texas).
Hurst allegedly got out the car and fired at Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies after a short chase.
A woman shopping for groceries was injured in the gunfire, and bullets hit an empty private school bus.
The sheriff said Hurst was a sovereign citizen who claims that the U.S. government's laws don't apply to them.
