A blind man walks into an empty elevator shaft & falls four floors at the Madison Hotel in Los Angeles.
The building is reportedly used to house low-income residents.
A lawsuit has since been launched against the building's owner for poor living conditions where tenants pay $400 a month.
"You’ve already got the guy falling down the elevator shaft. I mean, what’s next?" a resident of the building told FOX11.
The man in the video is expected to survive the fall.
