Florida man is held without bond after a chemical pipe bomb explodes on a Putnam County deputy during a traffic stop.
The deputy pulled over a driver and, while searching the car, a small container exploded, exposing him to a powdery substance.
The bomb had chunks of chlorine on one side and brake fluid on the other; reports say.
A valve separated the two substances; turning it mixed them, causing a poisonous gas and explosion; reports say.
