Career criminal with nearly two dozen prior arrests allegedly drags a bag believed to contain a woman's body in a motorized wheelchair.
Chad Irish, 55, was released on parole two years ago and has a history of nearly two dozen prior arrests, including convictions for robbery and assault in the Bronx.
Irish has been charged with the murder of 31-year-old Yazmeen Williams who was found inside a sleeping bag in Kips Bay last week.
According to neighbors, the victim had been staying with him before she went missing.
His charges include murder in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon and loaded firearm in the second degree and concealment of a human corpse.
