2 12-year-old boys have been sentenced to at least 8 years and 6 months for murdering 19-year-old Shawn Seesahai in a machete attack in Wolverhampton on November 13th.
They are believed to be the youngest knife murderers in the UK since the 1993 James Bulger case.
The judge described their actions as "horrific" and "shocking," noting that they attacked Seesahai, a stranger, within a minute after a brief altercation.
The boys, now 13, blamed each other for the attack, with one admitting to carrying the machete.
