A young man was arrested at Dublin Airport early on Monday morning after he destroyed property and hurled objects around a departure gate.
He has been charged and is due before the courts later on Monday morning.
Videos taken at the scene show a man, bare-chested, attacking equipment at a departure gate, during which he forced people sitting in the area to leave when he flung objects he had broken.
In one incident, covered in footage uploaded online, he narrowly missed one man when he smashed a piece of equipment on the floor.
In another clip, he hurled an object over seats near where other passengers were standing.
A series of videos taken from the incident captured the man lashing out at property at Gate 107 in Terminal 1.
Airport police were called and responded within a relatively short time and arrested the man, before handing him over to gardaí.
Officers are investigating local reports the man went into a fit of rage after missing his flight.
