A 15-year-old charged as adult after luring Uber driver to his house and killing him on New Year’s Day.
The victim has been identified as Cesar Tejada, 58, a father of two from Grayson, Georgia.
Police said Christian Simmons, 15, exited the back seat, shot Tejada, left him in the road, and fled.
Officers found Tejada with a gunshot wound and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Officers later detained Simmons near his home. He has been charged as an adult with murder.
