Back in 2009, a routine night shift at Guadalajara Civil Hospital in Mexico took an unexpected turn that still gets talked about years later.
A male nurse and a coworker were working overnight and casually recording each other during a slow moment. It was nothing more than a way to pass the time. But while the camera was rolling, something unusual appeared in the background.
A dark, shadowy figure seemed to move past a doorway behind them.
The nurses noticed it almost immediately and stopped what they were doing to review the footage. Confused by what they saw, they decided to check the room the figure appeared to enter.
The doorway led to an operating room.
When they went inside, the room was completely empty. There were no patients, no staff members, and no visible way for anyone to have exited. The space was quiet, leaving the two nurses trying to understand what they had just witnessed on camera.
As they stood there, the situation escalated.
Without anyone touching it, a medical table moved across the room on its own. The movement was clear enough that both nurses reacted immediately.
At that point, they left the room quickly, clearly shaken by what had just happened.
