A woman has sparked a fierce online debate after revealing she was abruptly abandoned during a dinner date the moment she mentioned having children.
The dater said everything appeared to be going smoothly when she met the man for an evening meal. Conversation flowed easily, there were no awkward moments, and nothing suggested the night was about to take a dramatic turn.
That changed when she casually told him she has two kids.
According to her account, the man’s reaction seemed neutral at first. But shortly after, he excused himself to go to the restroom.
He never returned.
As minutes passed, confusion turned into embarrassment. Forty five minutes later, she was still sitting alone at the table as restaurant staff hovered nearby. Eventually, the server placed the check in front of her. The bill came to $79.
With no sign of her date, she paid the bill herself and left the restaurant alone.
