The dramatic clip shows the rider speeding ahead of the emergency vehicle, cutting between cars and gesturing urgently at drivers to move aside as flashing blue lights and sirens blare behind him. With traffic packed tightly across multiple lanes, the motorcyclist takes it upon himself to become an unofficial escort, carving out a narrow corridor through the chaos.
Drivers can be seen quickly reacting, pulling over and slowing down as the rider signals frantically with his arms, repeatedly looking back to make sure the ambulance is still following. At several moments, the manoeuvres appear perilously close, with cars braking suddenly and headlights illuminating the near misses.
