The dramatic incident involved Iesha Harris, who was wanted on felonious assault and weapons charges when officers first attempted to pull the vehicle over. Instead of stopping, Harris allegedly sped away, sparking a prolonged pursuit that left officers and bystanders stunned.

What made the chase even more extraordinary was what the SUV was hauling behind it, a Cincinnati Police Department patrol car strapped to a flatbed trailer, rattling along highways and surface streets as police followed.

After more than an hour on the run, officers attempted a PIT maneuver to bring the chase to an end. The tactic caused the SUV to veer off the road, slam into a tree, and burst into flames.
