A 31-year-old woman, identified as Nicolette Keough, has been accused of trashing two rental properties in Pensacola in a bizarre and disturbing stunt that allegedly left thousands of dollars in damage.
According to reports, Keough rented not one but two homes from the same unsuspecting owner, before proceeding to defile the properties in a way that has left many questioning the risks of short-term rentals.
Police say she urinated on several antique items inside the homes, causing extensive damage estimated at more than $5,000. The alleged motive? Authorities claim the acts were carried out to create content for an adult website.
The shocking incident has sparked outrage, not only because of the nature of the damage, but because of how quickly Keough was back on the streets.
She was arrested and taken to jail but was released almost immediately after posting a $5,200 bond.
