According to fresh details released by police and reported by Fox Baltimore, what began as a “heated” argument between friends spiraled into an execution style killing inside a moving vehicle.
Authorities say Webber and Bradrick Michael Wells, who were reportedly close friends, became embroiled in a fierce dispute while traveling together. Investigators have not yet disclosed what sparked the argument, but the confrontation quickly turned deadly.
In a horrifying turn, police allege that Webber, who was behind the wheel, shot Wells twice in the head.
