A flower shop owner in Columbus is facing intense backlash after being filmed unleashing a torrent of abuse at an Uber driver, including a racial slur, during a heated dispute over a returned bouquet.

The incident centers on Raymond Valentine, who was captured on video berating Uber driver Kimberly Moss both inside and outside his store following what appeared to be a misunderstanding about a delivery.

According to reports, Moss had arrived to return a bouquet of flowers when the situation escalated rapidly.

The footage shows Valentine becoming increasingly aggressive, shouting at Moss and using offensive language, including a racial and misogynistic slur.

The confrontation, which quickly spread online, has sparked outrage, with viewers condemning the language used and the intensity of the exchange.

In the aftermath, Valentine issued an apology on camera, insisting he is not racist and claiming he has Black friends.

He has also reportedly enrolled in anger management classes.

However, the fallout has been swift.

Valentine’s business has been hit by a wave of negative reviews, with its Google rating dropping to around 1.3 stars as critics flooded the page.

The shop’s website has since been taken offline.
