Naked Landlord Caught Having Sex On Tenants' Couch While 'Removing Dead Birds From Attic' - Then Makes A Sandwich In Their Kitchen, Horrified Renters Reveal

A Michigan landlord has been branded a 'perv' after shocked tenants caught him on their home security cameras having a steamy sex session on their living room couch, while they were at the hospital visiting a sick relative.

Javon Crawford and his wife were left horrified when alerts from their cameras started pinging on Monday as they sat by grandma's bedside in Westland, near Detroit.

Instead of the landlord they'd called in to clear dead birds from the attic, the live feed showed the property owner getting hot and heavy with a mystery woman right in front of the lens, for nearly an hour.

"He was walking back and forth naked," Crawford told Fox 2 Detroit. "I think he was making a sandwich, I don't know."

The jaw-dropping footage, now viewed millions of times online, shows the bare landlord strutting around the home before and after the alleged romp, with blurred scenes capturing the pair in compromising positions on the couch. One clip even appears to show legs up in the air as the action unfolded directly in view of the camera.

The couple rushed home, deep-cleaned the entire living room in disgust, and handed the footage over to police. Prosecutors are now weighing trespassing charges or a civil lawsuit for lease violations.

When confronted, the landlord reportedly denied it was him, according to local reports.

Social media has erupted with a mix of horror and dark humor. "That's disgusting. They are going to have to burn that couch," one user wrote. Others joked about the landlord "establishing dominance" or quipped: "Bonnet down, legs up for about an hour!"One commenter added: "God forbid a man f*** his b**** in a house he owns," while another said the tenants should demand free rent for life.

The incident has left the Crawfords, who had trusted the landlord to handle a simple maintenance job, feeling violated in their own home. They are now using outside contractors for any future repairs.

This latest landlord horror story has gone viral, sparking furious debates about tenant rights, privacy, and just how much access property owners should have to rental homes.

Will the landlord face justice? Or will it all be swept under the rug with a simple 'sorry'? Tenants across America will be watching and double-checking their cameras.
