The 53-second clip, which quickly went viral on social media platforms including X, shows the unidentified woman gesturing wildly before leaping onto the counter. She then jumps down and proceeds to knock over product stands, including one featuring PopSnaps or similar merchandise near the speakers section, sending items crashing to the floor.
Onlookers, including several adult men, appear to record the incident on their phones instead of intervening to stop the destruction. The video has sparked widespread outrage online, with many questioning why no one stepped forward to restore order.
Walmart, which has faced criticism in recent years over store safety and organized retail crime in many urban locations, did not immediately respond to requests for comment on this specific incident.
