ANAHEIM, Calif. — A heart-pounding moment at Disneyland turned into every parent’s worst nightmare when a 13-year-old boy climbed out of a moving log flume on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and took a terrifying tumble down the ride’s massive 50-foot waterfall.

Terrifying new footage, first obtained by TMZ and now going viral, shows the teen crawling out of the water vehicle right before the big drop, then sliding and splashing down the steep, water-covered track in a wild, uncontrolled plunge.

The shocking incident happened Sunday at the popular log ride in Disneyland’s Bayou Country area, which was rethemed from the classic Splash Mountain to The Princess and the Frog.

According to the video and eyewitness accounts, the boy stood up and exited the moving log just before the famous final drop. He then lost his footing and went careening down the waterfall section while other guests in the ride vehicles watched in horror.

A Disneyland source confirmed the boy was rushed to a local hospital as a precaution after the fall. Remarkably, he was evaluated and released with no serious injuries reported.

The ride was immediately shut down for the rest of the day after the emergency. A resort official told The Post that the attraction, which has no seatbelts and relies on riders staying seated, reopened the following day after safety inspections.

Disney officials emphasized that guest safety is their top priority. Attractions include multiple safety measures, and cast members are trained to respond quickly. In this case, the ride was stopped right away.Cal/OSHA inspectors also checked out the attraction and cleared it to reopen.

The viral clip serves as a stark reminder for riders: Keep your arms, legs, and entire body inside the log at all times, especially on a flume ride with a 50-foot drop.

No word yet on whether the boy will be back for another spin on the bayou. But one thing’s for sure, this is one “adventure” he probably won’t forget anytime soon.
