A Houston lowlife has been cuffed after allegedly targeting the city’s homeless and disabled with a massive motorized water cannon, then bragging about it by uploading the footage himself.
Christopher Cayce, 34, was hit with two counts of assault causing bodily injury after Houston police say he repeatedly blasted vulnerable people with high-powered streams from oversized super soaker-style guns.

Disturbing video circulating online — the same clips Cayce reportedly posted to social media, shows him cruising the streets of Houston from inside his car, sticking giant red-and-blue water blasters out the window and drenching pedestrians without warning.
In clip after clip, unsuspecting people get hammered by powerful jets of water. Some flinch, duck, or stumble as the streams hit them. One scene appears to show an attack near a gas station. Others capture victims on sidewalks getting soaked while minding their own business.
Cops say Cayce didn’t just randomly spray anyone, he specifically went after homeless and disabled individuals and taunted them during the attacks.
The incidents date back to at least early June. Investigators from the Houston Police Department’s Major Offenders Division and Westside Crime Suppression Team cracked the case after spotting the videos the suspect himself posted online.
Cayce was arrested around July 1 and charged with the two misdemeanor assault counts. He posted a paltry $100 bond per charge but remained in custody on separate traffic violations, driving without a license plate and illegal window tint.
Police described the weapon as a “high-powered, motorized water gun.” The powerful streams were apparently strong enough to cause bodily injury, according to the charges.
The case has people online fuming over a grown man in his mid-30s spending his time harassing the city’s most vulnerable residents for laughs and likes.
Cayce’s own videos ended up being the key evidence that brought him down. This one’s going to be tough to beat for “most pathetic crime of the summer.”
