‘Pissed Off’ Concertgoer Claims Drunk Fan Urinated on Him, Brother and Niece at Morgan Wallen Show, Cops Say They Can’t Arrest Him Because They Didn't See It Happen
BALTIMORE — A family night at a Morgan Wallen concert turned into a disgusting nightmare when an allegedly wasted fan whipped it out and relieved himself on a dad, his brother and his young niece, and Maryland cops told the victims there was nothing they could do about it right then and there.
Shocking cellphone video obtained by The New York Post shows the furious victim, a bearded man in a baseball cap, confronting police officers at M&T Bank Stadium after the vile incident during Saturday night’s show.
“So a man can pull out his [expletive], urinate on me, my brother and my niece and there’s nothing you can do?” the man demands in the clip, his voice thick with disbelief.
Officers in gray uniforms explained that under department policy, they couldn’t make an immediate arrest because they didn’t personally witness the urination, even though security had already booted the suspect from the area.
Instead, they handed the victim the perp’s information and suggested he file a report later or press charges on his own time.“What about exposure? There has to be something,” the victim’s family pressed in follow-up posts.
The family, visiting from upstate New York, said the intoxicated man behind them suddenly exposed himself and let loose on them and nearby fans. Security hauled the guy out, but the lack of an on-the-spot arrest left the victims fuming
.Maryland Transportation Authority Police later said they detained the suspect outside the stadium and launched an investigation into possible indecent exposure or disorderly conduct.
Wallen fans flooded social media with disgust, calling it the latest example of soft-on-crime policies letting degenerates run wild even at family-friendly events.
The country star’s Baltimore stop was otherwise a raucous sing-along, until one fan took “pouring out a little liquor” way too literally.No arrests have been publicly announced as of Monday, and the victim says he’s pushing for justice for his traumatized niece.
