Tampa, October 23, 2020. A 22-year-old Lithuanian college student gets pulled over after what was clearly not a quiet night of studying abroad. The bodycam drops and immediately you understand why this clip still circulates: she showed up to her DUI stop in an outfit that should’ve required a waiver, then failed every balance test like the ground was personally attacking her.
The look does most of the talking before she even tries to walk. White long-sleeve crop top that doesn’t cover so much as threaten to give up. Deep plunge, two strings doing the Lord’s work, midriff out, denim shorts shredded down to a technicality. It’s 1:38 a.m.
“I was at the club 20 minutes ago” energy on a public road. Every time the officer asks her to stand still, put one foot in front of the other, or count, the top loses another round. Her boobs are about to fall out with every single balance test she fails. Physics is undefeated. The camera angle is not helping anybody’s case, including hers.
Then the actual tests start, and it gets worse.
She can’t stay on the line. She counts like she’s inventing a new number system. “1003, 1004.” She sways, she laughs, she gets loud, she gets grabbed by the arm so she doesn’t eat asphalt. The later caption some guy slapped on it, “It’s not about how many times you fall. It’s about how many times you get back up”, dies on contact. The cop’s whole demeanor is the punchline: that’s not how this works. You don’t get points for bouncing back up after you already decided to drive.
A female trooper eventually rolls up to search her because policy exists, which is the most Florida sentence possible given what she’s wearing. The officer stays professional the entire time, which somehow makes the whole thing funnier. He’s just trying to finish a shift. She’s trying not to fall out of her shirt and fail a walk-and-turn at the same time.
Nobody’s handing out awards. Getting behind the wheel after last call in a top held together by optimism is a choice. The clip still slaps because the contrast is vicious: girl who looks like she just left the best party of the semester now arguing with gravity on the shoulder while her outfit files a formal complaint. Don’t drink and drive. Especially when your shirt is already working overtime.
