The result, on display under harsh runway lights, was a gaunt frame supporting two cartoonishly oversized breasts and a face that no longer quite matches the rest of her.
Social media was brutal. Viewers called it “a skeleton carrying two watermelons.” Others questioned how any reputable surgeon can keep operating on a woman who has already been under the knife so many times. Price has spoken openly about her body dysmorphia in the past, describing how she looks in the mirror and immediately wants another tweak. The latest work suggests that impulse is still winning.
The timing only added to the unease. Days earlier, she confirmed her fourth marriage was over after discovering her husband had £2.22 in an account he claimed held millions. For some, the sudden surgery and high-profile comeback looked less like empowerment and more like a familiar pattern of using the operating table as emotional first aid.
