Some videos just find you at the exact right time. This is one of them.
A guy is getting pinched against a cinder-block wall by two officers, one male, one female, while holding a yellow takeout bag like that’s going to help his case. There’s a red car in the foreground. A couple of bystanders are watching like they just paid for a show. And then the dog enters the chat.
The dog is black, leashed, and fully committed to the bit. As soon as the cops take the man to the ground, the pup climbs aboard and starts going to work on his owner’s backside like this was the plan all along. Not barking. Not trying to protect anybody. Just mounting. Mid-arrest. In public. On camera.
The officers are trying to get control of a grown man on the sidewalk. The dog is treating it like date night. The guy on the ground is having the worst 15 seconds of his week while his own animal turns the whole thing into a nature documentary.
We don’t have a department statement, a booking photo, or a noble backstory about why this guy was being detained. We have a 15-second video, a dog with zero loyalty, and a guy who will never live this down if anyone he knows has a phone. That’s enough.
Best boy? Debatable. Funniest boy on that sidewalk? Undefeated.
