Police arrested a Michigan woman who opened fire on a McDonald's restaurant after repeatedly receiving incorrectly prepared burgers. Investigators said two women placed an order Sunday evening at the Grand Rapids eatery but complained that they received an incorrect order. Employees offered them a free meal on their next visit, police said, and the women left. But they returned to the same restaurant about 3 a.m. Monday, placed the same order and again received an incorrectly prepared burger, police said. The passenger, later identified as 29-year-old Shaneka Monique Torres, started yelling at the drive-through clerk and got out of the car. She then fired one pistol round at the window of the restaurant, but no one was injured. The woman got back into the car and the pair fled, but police said they were quickly located because they'd previously provided the restaurant with a phone number on their first visit so they could be contacted for their free meal. Torres was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and unlawfully firing the weapon.
