John Binns, his wife, Renee, and their 17-year-old daughter were on vacation at the gambling mecca in August 2012 when the hotel suddenly evicted them before their trip was up, reportedly due to a booking mix-up, according to the report, set to air Friday night. Binns was a pro poker player and had stayed at the hotel many times, his lawyer said. In security footage of the altercation, John Binns argues with a front desk staffer and is later surrounded by four security staffers. Suddenly, the men jump Binns and tackle him to the floor, as his distraught wife looks on. In the video, Renee Binns kneels by her husband as the guards manhandle him. In the suit, she said she begged the men to stop. "All I could say was, 'Get off of him, he's got a pacemaker,'" Binns told "20/20." Later, after John Binns was taken to another part of the hotel, guards grappled with Renee and her teen daughter, Andrea. Renee Binns, left, and her daughter, Andrea, who was 17 at the time, were also roughed up by guards. After stopping the pair while walking through the lobby, one man grabbed Renee from behind and dragged around a corner to an exit, while two others tackled Andrea to the floor. The girl's nose was broken during the struggle, the family claimed. After things died down, the family was held at the hotel for more than an hour before they were released to police.
