Protesters and/or Bernie Sanders supporters were able to break through the 8 foot tall steel security fence on Day 3 of the Democratic National Convention (DNC) which was Wednesday, July 27th, 2016. It was a horrific scene in many ways. First of all, the police appeared to have been overwhelmed. It was not much they could do to hold back the hordes of humanity that looked like a wall of "walkers" from "The Walking Dead." Second of all, the people who broke through the wall behaved much like walkers or as they may be more commonly known as... zombies.
There was no true rhyme or reason to what they were doing. Black Lives Matter, Bernie supporters, general anarchists, and random people all seemed to mesh together and create chaos. Flag burning, yelling, screaming, and everything else seemed to be par for the course. These people have been doing this for the past year, if not two years since the Ferguson incident. Some have tried to blame Donald Trump for "divisive rhetoric" as the primary motivating factor behind violence at political events.
Blaming Donald Trump for these types of incidents doesn't make any sense. There was no chaos like what has been exhibited at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) anywhere near the Republican National Convention (RNC). Logic states that if the Republican nominee is responsible for violence, then surely violence would happen at the Republican Convention? At this point, it's clear to see who the trouble makers are, and who the peaceful people are.
