On Thursday, November 10, 2016, at 12:57 pm, the victims, #1 a 31 year-old male along with #2 a 28 year-old female, were at the Jaquez Grocery Store, 143 W Godfrey Ave, Philadelphia, PA. As they were reversing to exit the street an unknown black male approached his driver side door attempting to open it. The suspect then pulled a gun from his waist pointing it at the victims. When victim #1 accelerated the vehicle in an attempt to flee he hit the suspect knocking him to the ground. The suspect then stood up firing multiple times at the victims striking their vehicle. The suspect then fled and was last seen north on Mascher Street. Neither victim was struck by gunfire and no injuries were reported during this incident.
