Two women engaged in a brawl in the middle of a Sydney road have been caught on camera.
The shocking case of road rage happened on Richmond Road, Hassall Grove on Thursday and blocked two lanes of traffic.
A car passing by noticed the violent encounter and stopped to try and break it up the fight, which started over a disagreement about merging lanes, according to 9 News.
A man in the car shouts out for the women to 'cut it out' before asking if he should get out of the car to help break it up.
The women refuse to listen to pleas for them to stop fighting and continue to wrestle in between their two vehicles.
Wrestling then turns to boxing as one of the women throws several punches with her right arm.
At this point, a man wearing a cap and colourful shirt emerges from the back seat of one of the cars to try and put an end to the attack.
Several more men suddenly appear and converge on the scene but struggle to separate the women amidst screams of 'let go' by one of them.
After a ten second struggle, the women are eventually pulled apart and everyone returns to their cars.
Police were not called to investigate.
