Truck Falls Through Frozen Ice on Lake Winnipeg
A truck driving across a frozen Lake Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada, took a plunge when the ice gave way beneath it.
One of the occupants can be heard screaming and the other yelling, “bail, bail.”
The two occupants of the vehicle escaped unharmed and refused emergency medical services.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police warned people to stay off the ice in this area, as a rapid current running under the frozen water makes it unsafe for crossing.
The truck was not salvageable and is currently submerged under the ice.
