A video has been released of the moment an angry taxi driver threatened a passenger after a dispute about an on-board card machine.
The 45-second mobile phone footage, filmed in London, starts with the passenger saying: 'What are you saying?' to which the taxi driver replies: 'Do what you like!'
The driver then says: 'Well, is it working?'
The passenger replies: 'No it's not working. You didn't tell me that it wasn't working.'
'You have to take card and cash and there's a sign there that says you take card and cash.
'You should not be on the road - I'm going to report you.
The driver approaches the passenger and says: 'You assault me then I'll knock you straight out.'
The passenger responds that he is going to report the driver to the police.
The driver then throws a bag onto the floor.
According to Transport for London, all taxi drivers must accept card and contactless payments and provide receipts for those payments upon request.
