The Metropolitan Police is investigating a video showing a group of policemen forcefully arresting a teenager.
Footage shows three officers pinning a suspect down on London Road in Wembley as sirens blare in the background.
At one point, the man on the ground appears to be holding onto one of the police batons, and the officer shouts, 'get your hand out'.
One of the officers then swings his baton in the direction of the person filming the footage, who backs away.
The incident happened just after 5pm on March 14 after police were called to reports of a fight between a group of young men.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman told LBC a 17-year-old and 19-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of affray. No further action was taken against them.
A boy, aged 16, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing police and has been charged. MailOnline has contacted the Met for comment.
