This is the miraculous moment a group of hero bystanders caught a two-year-old toddler who fell from a balcony after they spotted her dangling from the edge.
Elif Cakmak had been playing unsupervised in her family's apartment in Turkey's Sanliurfa Province when she climbed on to the rails.
The little girl lost her balance and fell over the edge forcing her to perilously hang on or fall to the ground.
But local traders passing by in the street below heard her cries and gathered beneath her.
When she finally lost her grip and fell, shopkeepers Fehmi Durmaz and Mehmet Tapsik were able to catch her in their arms.
She was miraculously unharmed in the incident, which was captured on CCTV in the city of Sanliurfa in Turkey's south eastern Sanliurfa Province.
Mr Durmaz, who runs a kebab restaurant, said: 'Thank god the child was rescued without so much as a scratch as we caught her in the air.
'It is a nice feeling saving somebody's life. It could have been my child too. I did what I had to do.'
Mr Tapsik added: 'A neighbour told me that the child was hanging from the balcony while I was in my shop.
'I came out immediately and I saw the child hanging. Our other neighbours came too and we caught her in mid-air.
'The child was not hurt but she was very scared. Then we took her back to her family.'
It is not known whether police are investigating the incident which happened in the Balarbasi quarter of the city.
