A group of journalists traveling with Iraqi troops have filmed the moment they were caught metres from a bombing in Mosul.
The BBC journalists, who were traveling with the Iraqi special forces as they moved to reclaim the northern Iraqi city from ISIS jihadists, were recording when the bomb went off.
"A large armed car, packed with explosives drove directly into the convoy," a journalist can be heard recounting.
Five soldiers were killed in the blast, but the journalist and his cameraman were uninjured.
Iraqi forces have driven ISIS fighters from the centre of a town just south of Mosul and are within a few kilometres of an airport on the edge of the city.
