Pennsylvania man charged with a attacking man with cerebral palsy

The cruel moment a man nastily imitated a cerebral palsy sufferer then sucker punched him outside a 7-Eleven has been caught on camera.
Barry Baker was filmed mocking the 22-year-old man as he made his way back to his car outside the store in West Chester, Pennsylvania, on May 10.
The 29-year-old then punched the man as he stood next to the vehicle before calmly walking away.
Surveillance footage captured the attack and Baker was charged with assault.
He was standing outside the store when his victim, who has not been named, pulled up in his car at 2.13am.
He hopped out and walked in to the 7-Eleven as Baker held the door open.
When the victim emerged, he was waiting for him outside and followed him from behind until he reached his car.
Baker then punched the men, causing him to fall on to the hood of his car. He then turned away, clutching his face in pain.
The attacker fled the scene but was arrested after police reviewed the footage.
He was released on bail and will return to court on May 30.
Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan described him as a 'bully'.
'This defendant is a bully.
'Every decent citizen should be outraged by the defendant’s conduct.
'The victim is to be commended for keeping his cool and notifying the police,' he told CBS's Pennsylvania affiliate KYW-TV.
