Ariana Grande fans around the world united on social media in a show of support for the victims of the deadly attack on the singer's Manchester gig last night.
Hundreds of devastated youngsters posted heartfelt messages with the hashtag #Arianators - the name given to the singer's super fans - on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram in the hours after the deadly attack.
Many shared an image of the singer's signature bunny ears - which she wore on posters advertising her current tour - twisted into a ribbon in what has become a poignant symbol of solidarity. One young fan described the victims as 'family'.
At least 22 people - including children - are dead and 59 more injured after a suicide bomber targeted youngsters leaving the packed concert at Manchester Arena in Britain's worst terror attack since 7/7.
The bomb went off just after the end of the concert at a time parents were leaving with their children and other mothers and fathers were arriving to pick up groups of youngsters. Police this morning confirmed that the suicide bomber died inside the arena after an improvised explosive device was detonated.
Within minutes of the news breaking, devoted fans from around the world shared their grief and heartache on social media, uniting behind Ariana and the victims.
One wrote: 'My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by this horrible attack in Manchester.'
Another, who uses the Twitter name 'Ari' in tribute to the singer, posted: 'I don't have words. Praying for everyone affected from the bottom of my heart. Sending love.'
Fan groups around the world shared their support. One Malaysian user tweeted: 'What a sad day t'day we are the malaysian #Arianators were hurt as the victims there.'
Super fans of other pop groups, including Justin Bieber, Little Mix and Rihanna also set aside their friendly rivalries to unite behind the 'Arianators'.
Fans also paid tribute to 18-year-old Georgina Callander, who was today named as the first victim of the attack.
Georgina died when an attacker set off an explosive device as thousands of youngsters were leaving Manchester Arena last night.
She had posted a picture of herself meeting the US singer two years ago, captioning it: 'My meet and greet photos came through, she was so cute and lovely, I hugged her so tight and she said she loved my bow.
'I can't get over this, I never will.'
