Fitness blogger Morgan Mikenas isn't your typical SJW. For one thing, she is quite attractive. But her fight isn't the typical feminist war on 'misogyny.' No, Mikenas chose the battlefield of female shaving as her war on norms claiming by not shaving, she felt independence from social norms, as if being normal is a bad thing.
"I feel like [shaving is] an act of submission to the male dominated culture we live in. I want to mindfully make decisions for myself, and make choices that serve my purpose," Mikenas told Vice. "Shaving my legs makes me feel powerless. When you make decisions for others, specifically a decision that will make others see you a certain way, a way that culture has designed as 'sexy and beautiful,' you lose your power."
So all you unempowered women out there, if you want to shrink your dating pool by a solid 90%, be 'not normal' like Morgan Mikenas. Don't shave. Hell, showering is such a norm, a social construct. Stop that as well and stop brushing those chompers for good measure. BREAK ALL NORMS at once and live a satisfied, SJW life with yourself and your gaggle of cats.
