Bizarre moment semi-naked woman 'tries to flee after crashing SUV into porch next to house fire'

A woman who crashed her car into a porch near where firefighters were tackling a blaze was caught allegedly trying to flee with no trousers on.



Shocking footage from the scene show the semi-naked woman driving backwards into the porch of a home next door to where a house was on fire .



Fire crews were putting out the flames at the property on Wednesday night when the white SUV backed into the front steps of the adjacent house, according to ABC .



After striking the porch in Toledo, Ohio, US, the woman flings open her door and leaves the car - before allegedly trying to run off along the pavement and down the street.



As a witness chases after her, she stumbles in the street and falls over.



But alongside the crash, what the shocking footage also shows is that the woman is not wearing any trousers.



As the female runs off down the road, she is clearly seen in a top and jumper but appears to have no clothes on her lower half.



However, it is believed the woman was wearing underwear.



After she fell to the floor, firefighters then stepped in and escorted the woman back to their emergency vehicles.



Speaking after the bizarre incident, witnesses described the SUV flying down the road, knocking over signs before jumping up the curb and backing into the property.



"We were standing across the street and heard some screeching and loud sounds and a lady come barreling down the road, hitting fire trucks, taking out street signs," says Albert Welch.



"It was a very scary moment."



The driver was taken to hospital for an evaluation.



It is unclear if there were any injuries and if the woman will face criminal charges.
