This is the harrowing moment a herd of deer jumped from a motorway bridge to their deaths in front of horrified motorists.
The buck and three does were spotted walking down the highway in Cedar Springs, Michigan, over the weekend.
Witness Catherine Veerhusen and her husband said they slowed down and were hoping the deer would retreat when they inexplicably bolted.
To their horror, the buck led the group towards the bridge and leapt over the 30ft drop.
Mrs Veerhusen shared a horrific clip of the incident on Facebook and a picture of the four bodies below afterwards.
She later told the Des Moines Register: "I've never seen anything like this.
"No words, no words."
