Taxi driver speeds off down motorway with policeman clinging to bonnet in desperate attempt to avoid parking ticket

Bizarre footage shows the moment a taxi driver desperately trying to avoid a parking ticket sped off down a motorway with a police officer clinging to his bonnet.



The officer was left clinging on for his life for several kilometres after he leapt onto the vehicle to try to stop the man fleeing.



The dramatic incident was caught on the dashcam of another vehicle in the Vietnamese capital city of Hanoi.



Earlier the policeman had tried to issue the man a ticket for a parking violation in the Soc Son District on the outskirts of the city.
