One person has been killed and at least 28 injured in an explosion at a fireworks storage facility in Galicia.
The explosion happened just before 4.30pm in Paramos, Galicia, north west Spain - and plumes of smoke could be seen rising from the scene for miles around.
Earlier local reports that four people may have been killed appear to have been ruled out by officials.
Seven children are among the casualties and some of those injured are said to be serious.
The blast is said to have destroyed dozens of houses and broken windows of properties in a 2.5 mile radius.
