Twenty five people have been injured in a horrific acid attack during a political rally.
It has happened in Karnataka, India, in an attack after local polls closed.
The acid was hurled from water bottles, witnesses say.
Victims have been rushed to hospital. It's thought eight are seriously wounded.
Indian National Congress candidate Inayatullah Khan won the poll with more than 900 seats.
Police have started an investigation.
The attackers have reportedly fled the scene. Police have not confirmed a motive for the senseless attack.
