A man dangled by his NECK at the top of a 130ft ferris wheel after being allowed to get on the ride alone.
Terrifying footage shows the boy kicking his legs and screaming at the highest point of the ride.
The five-year-old had been with his mum, Mrs Liu, and she paid the 30RMB - about £3.30 - for the youngster to have a go.
