A four-year-old boy plunged to his death after his older brother threw him off the roof of an apartment building, it is claimed.
The youngster, named locally as Shimon Smith, was found unconscious and unresponsive in a courtyard outside the block of flats in the early hours of Saturday.
He died at the scene after officers were called to the tragic incident in Brooklyn, New York, around 3.30am.
His 20-year-old brother, who has a history of schizophrenia, has been arrested, according to reports.
