British holidaymakers have spoken of devastating scenes they have witnessed after flash flood s devastated Majorca - killing at least nine people.
Tourists watched on in horror in the middle of the night as cars were swept away by a river right in the heart of a holiday resort in the coastal town of S'Illot.
Two British people are confirmed among the dead after their taxi was caught in the floods - while their driver is one of around 10-14 people reported missing.
Leanne Nash, 36, who jetted to the island to celebrate her mum's birthday, fears she's now trapped on the island after witnessing the destruction caused by the flood.
Meanwhile, Andrea Sutton Allen, 50, who is marking her wedding anniversary on the island, has described how cars were dragged through the streets by fast-flowing water.
One terrifying video shows sheer power of the torrent that raged through the same location near where reality show Love Island is filmed.
Andrea, of Cambridgeshire, who is staying at the Mix Colombo in S'Illot with husband Mike Rowland, 57 spoke to the Daily Record .
She said: "There are collapsed roads and a car was dragged into the sea.
"The hotel was without power all evening and is still without water."
