A teenager accused of stealing a car was brutally beaten up by two policemen as they arrested him.
The vicious arrest was caught on mobile phone footage and shows the policemen in uniform kicking and hitting him in the head.
The 17-year-old was also violently yanked backwards by his hair as the officer marched him away to a police car.
The two officers involved in the arrested were later suspended after the footage was posted on video-sharing platforms, by the eyewitness in the Argentinian town of Bernal.
The teenager and a 16-year-old had allegedly been caught red-handed stealing a Chevrolet Corsa car in the city.
