Victoria Komada, 3, was born with bilateral tibial hemimelia, a birth defect that left her missing bones and some of her toes.
Her mother was told she might have to undergo a double amputation, but hoped for a better way. Then she found a doctor at the Paley Orthopedic and Spine Institute in Florida who said he could help.
After raising money for the more than $200,000 surgery, Victoria is now home in England and walking.
