Russian Swim Coach 'Tortures Babies' in Sessions Parent Claims can 'Cure Disabilities'

Shocking video has emerged of a swim coach's controversial methods which have been compared to torture.



Elena Rodionova's techniques have also been likened by a pro-Kremlin newspaper to “exorcism rites”.



Videos show how she forces babies head first into the water and tosses them around in a pool gymnastics session in the city of Krasnodar, Russia.



Critics have slammed the footage, saying the children cannot breathe and she risks doing them permanent harm.



But she has responded urging parents to ignore the advice of experts, and has queues of parents waiting to enrol their children in her classes.
