A doctor has sewn a man's hand back into one piece after it was completely mangled in a crushing machine.
The man was rushed to hospital after the horrific injuries which left his thumb, little finger, the tip of his index finger and a large chunk of his palm ripped off.
He was reportedly operating a huge press which is used to condense plastic waste in to a cube in Samut Prakan, central Thailand, when the accident occurred.
Doctors managed to piece the patient's hand back together in a 13-hour-long operation which involved the re-attachment of bone, ligaments, blood vessels and nerves.
