A very disturbing video has been uploaded to an Instagram account showing a young man seeming to creep up behind a random man walking down the street in Baltimore and smashing him full force in the back of the head.
The Instagram users, traysavage_ used the hashtags, #WhiteLivesDoNotMatter #BlackLivesMatter, so it's unclear if this was a random racial attack.
As with so many of these sorts of incidents, no news outlets have covered it as of yet.
