This armed woman made a citizen's arrest on her property in Clackamas County.
The woman, identified as Kat Cast, says on her Twitter feed this man was caught with nothing but a box of matches on her property.
She approached the man with her weapon drawn and made him get face down on the road until police could come and make the arrest.
Fires have raged throughout Oregon over the past week with several arrests already. Many have theorized this is a planned attack by ANTIFA but that theory has not been substantiated as of yet.
