A gut-wrenching video of an Afghani man meeting his end in one of the most horrific ways imaginable has made its way to the internet.
A Muslim man is seen sitting on the grass with a large group of men surrounding him.
Two other men then help him take his shirt off. They seem to comfort him as they make sure he is stripped from the top down to the waste. The same two men then seem to have a conversation with the man about what is about to happen. They seem to be tribal elders or possibly imams.
The man then is told to stand up. The mob comes closers and starts to hurl large stones at the man as he slowly walks forward. It doesn't take long for him to fall t the ground from his injuries.
The man screams in agony as he curls into a ball trying to find shelter from the raining stones.
The mob comes closer, including the two men who moments before seemed to be comforting the man. At one point the victim seems motionless but eventually sits up and pleads with the mob to have mercy but no mercy will be found on this day.
The horrific video goes on for about 6 minutes before the man succumbs to his injuries.
The practice of stoning adulterers is still practiced in remote regions of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
It is not yet known which region of Afghanistan this occurred.
